On 1 April 2016, the entire electricity industry was given new rules, which mean that, among other things, all electricity suppliers and grid companies are obliged to send and retrieve all data through a common database owned by Energinet.dk. We call it the data hub. The grid companies are not required to send hourly data to the data hub even if they have installed remotely read meters in your home.
The time it takes for different network companies to provide data can vary greatly. And this affects how quickly Watts can make data available in the app. We have been notified that there can be a delay of up to five days on data.
